For activity part of CAS I mainly participate in P.E lessons that my school offers. I can't really find time for any other physical activity so I use my P.E lessons as much as I can.
We have a P.E lesson every Monday on 4th block. Every lesson looks differently. Something that would motivate me to do more sport is the clothes. So before the school year started, I made sure I have all the essential stuff for P.E. I made shopping and bought shorts and tshirts. My shoes from last year are still good so I am still using them.
Before every P.E lesson we do a work out which consist of stretching, running and other "light exercises". We get a choice if we want to go to the gym or stay with the whole class and play games. I like it to be varied so one week I go to gym and the other week I stay to play games and integrate with class.
When I go to gym I ask my teacher about different exercises to work on specific body parts. She professionally works as a kind of trainer so it's a very good opportunity to learn more about my muscles and different exercises to work on them. I try all of the possible exercises because I don't really concentrate on one particular part of my body. After a little bit of work out with weights, I usually go running. My target is to run 2 km each time. I set the speed depending on my mood, sometimes I like to run in a fast tempo and sometimes it's a jog. yet I've tried all the "machines" in the gym plus even got to know the basics of yoga. On one of the lessons our P.E teacher made a competition on rowing and I manager to get the best score
I took a picture of my score because I was proud of myself :) It was a rowing competition and the "machine" is programmed that it has games. You are supposed to row and catch fish, It was a really fun game and I got really into it, thats maybe one I've won.
On this machine I exercised my legs, as I mentioned before I try every posssible exercise so I couldn't skip this one :)
I got an idea for this exercise from my friend and I continue to do it whenever I go on gym.
Here I am trying to do some joga positions. I found out it's really relaxing. I also made a deeper research about it and I found out that it's actually very good for overall mood and health so sometimes when I dont really feel like exercising hard I just learn new joga positions. I don't have a specific goal set for my physical activity because I am satisfied with my body so I just do P.E for fun and also for the good feeling that I get after. Actually my goal is to learn as much exercises as I can and choose the ones I like to then repeat them in future.
On the weeks that I choose to stay with the group and play games we usually play volleyball, football or basketball. I am not the running type of person but I really like playing games because I feel like I am integrating with people more. Everyone participated in the game and we don't judge each other who plays better or worse, it's important that we are all together. We dont take those games very serious and get sad about loosing, we play for fun. I enjoy volleyball the most. Althought I am not the best at this sport, my friends are supporting me and I am making a progres and getting better. I have a feeling like basketball comes easier for me but I sadly can't really play that much basketball because I had a lot of broken fingers and now I need to carefull for injuries.:)
Update: Last weeks of school were very free in cas of PE. Most of the time we chose what activities we want to o on our PE lessons. We chose games in which we could integrate. A lot of us like to play floorball so we played that a lot. It's not a difficult sport therefore I like it. There aren't very strict rules and I really got into the game. It was fun to integrate with my friends through sport. We don't take sport games that seriously so there are't any conflicts about winning or loosing.
I tried to challenge myself and try all the possible sports I could. I thing this year of PE was especially very productive and kept me in a goos healthy shape. I learnt lot of new skills and worked with my friends in a team. A lot of new challenged have been taken during physical education lessons. My attendance on PE was regular because I love doing sport. I will definatelly have a lot of good memories.

Eventhough I am finishing school I have a lot of new challenges set for summer holidays. Now I'll have a lot of free time so I decided to use it wisely. I have set a target for myself for holidays to try even more sports and work out atleast 2 times a week. I've visited helth sides and read a lot about physical education. Ive also watched several videos about workouts.
