First Aid training

Investigation: Our school decided to prepare a first aid training for our class. They thought it will be usefull for us to know all those things in case if something ever happens and we need to help a person.

Preparation: Men that were supposed to present a first aid for us were Polish and didnt't speak english. I deciced to help them translate everything they say to my international friends. They gave me the list of words that I don't know but I'll need. In the evening before I translated all the words i needed.

Action: When the day of training came I listened carefully what men were saying and tried my best to translate it to other people. I also participated in the training and learned a lot of things how to help people in emergency.

Reflection: I learned how important it is to know basic help and now I know what to do when something ever hapens to someone. I am planning to learn more about first aid training to always feel safe. I really enjoyed getting to know everything from training and i am very thankfull for men that decided to make a presentation to us.

Demonstration: Whenever I get a chance I pass learned things to other people and show them how to react to accidents. I also showed it to my family because we all want to be safe.
