On the day 25 September 2016 I took part in integration day. Kids together with their parents were invited to school for different kind of activities. Our school celebrated its birthday and evryone tried to make this day special.

A lot of small kids were to come so me and my sister were asked to help prymaty teachers with painting kid's faces. We got very excited because we like to work with kids and art. is our passion. We were chosen for this task because we take ART higher level. We did this activity as service and creativity part of our CAS.

Before the day came, I had to spend a lot of time searching for ideas on the internet. I found pictures and printed them out so it's easier for kids to choose what they would want on their face. I also visited our school library searching for ideas, luckly i found a book with face paintings. I also had to practise before the day came. I know from past when i was a kid, that it makes them really happy when they have something cool painted on their face. I didn't want to dissapoint them, so I took a lot of time to plan everything and practise.

When the day came, I woke up early, because the even started at 9 in the morning and I had to be there earlier to prepare everything. As soon as I came, there was a big interest in this "activity". Kids were really excited from the fact they can have their face painted. The best part of this was when parents came with their almost babies and trusted me to make a painting on their face.

I really enjoyed this day and was very happy that i could see the kids smile. They gave me big challanges because they chose hard to paint designs but their smile was worth trying.
