Making a poster about global issues

Because I didn't return my stuff on a due date, I got a "punishment" with few of my other friends to make a poster about global issues. I was suppoed to be a leader in our group and make sure the poster is ready for dead line and that everything looks good. I got worried at first because I don't have much time, and making a poster means even less time for my school stuff, but then I thought the topic is pretty interesting and I thought it's a good idea to organize such thing.

I took it as my creativity and service part of CAS. Service, because it talked about global isses and informed our students about them and it also showed solutions to all of them and suggested in what way we can help. Also, creative part, because it recuired creativity to come up with topic of global issues for my friends and thrn also I had to use my creativity in order to join it all into one poster and make it look good.

Before I gave them the topics, I had to research on the internet what are major global problems in current Times. Then, I send everyone their topic. Everyone got two topics and they were supposed to make a short research about it and also think of the ways that we can help to solve this problem. I gave them the dead line before the actual dead line because I knew that I will also need more time to join all the posters into one.

When the dead line came, almost all the posters were ready. I took big papers and joined them in one to make it all in one think. I glued them so it looks estethic and colourful. The problem I faced on this day was that not everyone delived their poster, and I was resposible for this. I couldn't make a good composition from all the posters because I didn;t have few of them. This made this activity harder. I hang the poster in school library, the place where itr's easy for all students to see.

I enjoyed this activity, but I learned that I need to predict some stuff and for exampler make the dead line even earlier, so everyone manages to bring their stuff before I desperately need it. Now I understand why teachers make dead lines.
