INVESTIGATION:

In June we went on a class trip to Poznan. Our teacher gave us different options of the activities that we could attend during the trip. One of them was a trampoline park and we thought it would be a great idea as none of us had been to such park before. It's a place with a lot of matteraces and trampolines and even pools with sponges. This idea was very interesting for me as I enjoy doing sports and it was a sport with a little bit of fun as well.

PREPARATION:

In the afternoon we took the bus from our hostel to a big arena a few kilometres away. We entered the arena and we were welcome by the receptionist that provided us with anti-slippery socks for safety reasons. We got our locker keys and went to change into something comfortable. I prepared myself sporty clothes because I knew I will be probably very warm after the activity. After that we went to the trampoline area.

Aditionally, before I went to the park I visited a webside to find out more about this exercise. I wanted to know which muscles will I exercise and generally wanted to know more about this physical activity. I visited this page --> https://www.bellicon.com/us_en/benefits/health-benefits/overview to find out more about this

ACTION:

At first I was very excited from the place so I was just jumping around the space and warming up. After I got a little bit tired and my emotions and excitement calmed down I looked around and saw people doing flips. I thought it would be good idea to learn something like this myslef as well. This was a perfect place as it was all soft and safe plus there were a lot of friendly trainers walking around. I asked one of them for help. At first, we practised from a flat surface jumping into a big pool of sponges. Once I mastered the height perfect for flips, we begun the education. We got to know about all the safety procedures that we must follow. He demonstrated us how to hold our body to make a flip correctly and each of us had a chance to try. Suprisingly my preformance wasn't too bad and I was actually very happy with myself and so was the trainer. My front and back flips mastered. Since then I go to such jumping park more often as I found out my city has a silimar one.

REFLECTION:

I was very excited when I heard about Trampoline park and had kigh expectations and I must say it was even better than I expected. It was a good experience to be in such place for the first time and learn back and front flips. The instructor was very friendly nd patient even with the hardest learners. Furthemore I felt very safe with him and trusted in his instructions. He focused on me as an individual rather than the whole group which was very special to me because I could focus more on what I was doing rather than comparing myself to other people. This project required a lot of sport and active engagement as well as creativity.
